Drift Restaurant at Hideaway Bay Resort: Upscale Lakeside Dining with Stunning Views in Silvercreek, NY

⸻ We decided to treat ourselves to a dinner and sauna session—and it ended up being our favorite drink less date night so far! The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere had the perfect beachy, laid-back vibe, and the sauna sealed the night with the ultimate relaxation. It was the perfect way to unwind, connect, and feel good inside and out.

Breakfast was sooo good... Our server Lexi did a good job.. The view makes the wait worth it. Come for the food, stay for the scenery..

The burgers are more than perfect. I never had a burger so good until tonight. The staff are incredible and the manager I think showed us where to park our truck because we have the boat and gave us the perfect amount of ice for our caught fish nice and cold. Definitely recommend eating a burger from here. The creek is nice and peaceful, definitely a good place to relax. Also skipping rocks in the creek is so fun. It also looks like a good kayaking spot. If I could give it a 10000 star rating, I would. It might be pricey, but worth it.

Everything about this dinner experience was exceptional! Alexis was our server and she was amazing!! The views are stunning and the food is fantastic!!! I recommend the Key Lime Crème Brûlée for dessert!

Fantastic! Our first time here and what a gem. When you travel through the tunnel you come out the other side into a place that feels like you've left WNY. Part Caribbean vibes, part Cape Cod beach vibes. The restaurant was exceptional. Beautiful, modern space with Lake Erie views and second floor patio. The food was exceptional. Try the steak gorgonzola and truffle fries. You won't be disappointed. The service was exceptional too. Very professional and polite wait staff. Definitely more fine dining for dinner, although they have handhelds as well. Great place to enjoy upscale dining while enjoying the lake views and warm breezes!

Stopped in the midst of a road trip to get lunch. And it was delicious. A beautiful view and a very pleasant experience.

We absolutely loved our 1st visit to the Drift at Hideaway Bay! We were looking to have dinner overlooking the lake & this place was the perfect choice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We love the menu choices and our dinners & drinks were delicious! We also got to relax and enjoy the beach for a bit after dinner. This place really has that Caribbean kind of vibe. Great job Drift! Will be back maybe even to stay at one of the cabanas next time!

We had such an incredible experience at this restaurant! The interior design is modern and open, bright and inviting, all while still being cozy, comfortable and warm. The large and small details, the beautiful wood finished interior, all add up to an exquisitely beautiful and impressive piece of architecture. Beyond the aesthetics, the staff were absolutely incredible. They were professional, attentive and genuinely friendly. They were knowledgeable with the menu and I never had to wait for drink refills or anything else I needed for us or our kids during our dinner. The food was delicious! Served hot and fresh (despite being incredibly busy at the time). The pork-chop was super flavorful, tender and huge! The Dan Dan pasta was al dente with a sweet and savory sauce — flavorful with tender pork! You can taste the quality in the dishes and the ingredients! The owners (Kevin and Christian Cullen) just happen to be two of the sweetest and coolest people in the whole world and we are lucky to call them friends! I am beyond blown away with what they have done here. This is truly a special place they have built, a genuine gem! I can’t wait to visit again and try more menu items and cocktails!!
